The term for that is OPT (other people’s time) and that’s a smart thing to do.

But this is where the mistake happens.

When you hire somebody cheap, they aren’t usually great at what they do.

You want to hire “A-players”.

This is a management hack where you hire people who are absolutely amazing at what they do.

It’s true that you’ll have to pay them more money than a B or C player.

But guess what happens in terms of your personal time investment as an entrepreneur?

It’s so minimal because they are already experts in what they do.

  • You hire them
  • Let them loose
  • Have them build your business for you

It’s amazing how much time you will save when you follow the right approach.

This is what allows you to finally sit back and relax.
